To protect against unauthorized access, your session will automatically timeout after a period inactivity. If your session ends, refresh your browser and sign in again.

The Employer OnDemand product requires some updates on your computer. Please ensure you have installed the following items before logging in on each computer:
Employer OnDemand Client Install
Faster printing (for 32-bit operating systems)
Faster printing (for 64-bit operating systems)

Accessing Employer OnDemand

1. After logging into Employer OnDemand you will see the icon to launch the payroll program.
   
   
   
2. After you click the item the experience is slightly different for Chrome, Edge, and FireFox. To launch the application, you will have one of the following to click on and open:
   
   Chrome:
   
   Firefox:
   
   Edge:
   
   
3. Enter the credentials as follows:
   
   Domain\username: Apex\username
   Note: You must include “Apex\” before entering your Employer OnDemand username as in the image below.
   Password: Your Employer OnDemand password
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK and the application will launch.
